LifeSci Biotechnology Clinical Trials Index
Effective at the market close on Friday, March 15, 2024, CBAY and KRTX will be removed from the LifeSci Biotechnology Clinical Trials Index and their values will be redistributed to the remaining index components based on their weights.
- On December 22, 2023, Karuna Therapeutics, Inc. announced that it would be acquired by Bristol Myers for $330.00/share in cash.
- On February 12, 2024, CymaBay announced that it would be acquired by Gilead Sciences for $32.50/share in cash.
