LifeSci Biotechnology Clinical Trials Index

Effective at the market close on Wednesday, March 6, 2024, AMAM will be removed from the LifeSci Biotechnology Clinical Trials Index and its value will be redistributed to the remaining index components based on their weights.

On January 8, 2024, Ambrx announced that it would be acquired by Johnson & Johnson for $28.00/share in cash.
