Removal of Component(s) – ALDR

LifeSci Biotechnology Clinical Trials Index

Effective at the market close on Monday, October 21, 2019, ALDR will be removed from the LifeSci Biotechnology Clinical Trials Index and its value will be redistributed to the remaining index components based on their weights.

On September 16, 2019, Alder BioPharmaceuticals (ALDR) announced that it will be acquired by Biogen Inc. for $18.00 per share in cash along with one non-tradeable contingent value right.
