Effective at the market close on Wednesday, April 3, 2019, ONCE will be removed from the LifeSci Biotechnology Products Index and its value will be redistributed to the remaining index components based on their weights.

On 2/25/2019, Spark Therapeutics (ONCE) announced that it will be acquired by Roche AG for $114.50 per share in cash.
