Effective at the market close on Thursday, June 6, 2019, NITE will be removed from the LifeSci Biotechnology Clinical Trials Index and its value will be redistributed to the remaining index components based on their weights.

On 3/4/2019, Nightstar Therapeutics plc (NITE) announced that it will be acquired by Biogen Inc. for $25.50 per share in cash.
