All positions will be equally weighted, with weights determined as of the closing prices on Friday, June 14, 2019. The preliminary changes, subject to modification, are summarized below.

The indexes are calculated with a base value of 1,000 as of June 30, 2004 and have an official inception date of November 3, 2014.
