Effective at the market close on Wednesday, April 26, 2023, PRVB will be removed from the LifeSci Biotechnology Products Index and its value will be redistributed to the remaining index components based on their weights.

On March 13, 2023, Provention Bio announced that it would be acquired by Sanofi for $25.00/share in cash.
